Window Problem

Was playing as usual and suddenly the game crashed and every time i try to start it again it appears like this:

I cant maximize it!

Any idea? :S

Also I have the same problem with my PC..the game crashed after I started it

Due to @0x6A7232 being much more competent than I am for issues. I will leave my suggestion in the spoiler, but you should absolutely try what 0x6A7232 suggested before taking my less refined, drastic measures.

Try verifying your games integrity on steam.

If that does not work. I would try reinstalling the game to be sure you don't have any conflicting junk causing the issue. If you do this be sure to make a copy of your save file "eg: Slot0001" so you don't lose progress.
