Anything I can do aside from dev console to increase fps meanwhile?

I know the game isn't out yet or anything but I was hoping there might be something I can do to push my frames up just a bit, I always turn off the mask, lightshafts, bloom and the wboit settings, am I missing anything without totally detracting from the game, also what are the wboit settings exactly?

I *think* LB + RB + X brings up a window that you can control settings from. Might have to do the combo twice (I know you have to for the console combo).
