wrecks not spawning items?

i just found the wreck in the dunes hoping to find modification station fragments, only to find that there was absolutely nothing spawned for me to scan. i've seen this happen before in a couple other wrecks, but this is the first time i've taken note of it, since i was actually looking for something. anyone else have the same issue? any quick fixes?

Restart Subnautica. It happened to jacksepticeye too IIRC.

0x6a7232, I am having this same problem as of 01/12/17, and i have restarted cleared Cache, i have done everything i could think of or seen on additional forum posts, and Nothing fix's it. Can a Dev please Address this for me? so i know if it is just a bug and what i should maybe do? or if its a programming issue that i need to wait for some kind of patch to fix? Thanks!

ran into the issue as well, deleting the cellcache files except where my base is seems to resolve this.

Did you clear the cache from your saved game slot? There's another unrelated cache in another folder. Also, be sure if you had multiple saved games, that you cleared the right slot.
