Rocks keep forming inside my base

If I place a corridor or a room it moves any rock blocking it out the way. That is probably because the terraformer isn't in Xbox one. However, about 10 mins later I go inside my base and it is filled with rock So then i have to remove the corridors and rooms then replace them. This is really annoying and if it is happening to anyone else please let me know so I can be sure it's not just my game glitcing out.

Try using the console (LB + RB + A -- sometimes I have to do it twice for it to pop up)

    Put in
    item 514

What is this exactly? I have a multipurpose room completely filled with seafloor that had been flattened out to fit the structure, and now the items I had previously installed are inaccessible and cannot be deconstructed.

Ha! I built a mproom one level up, put a ladder into the room below and I was able to access everything. No console command needed!

Terraformer (removed from game but you can still spawn it in last I checked, and there's no difference from the base's terraforming. It was removed so people don't go willy-nilly with it, as it does drag performance down (so much so that they're even removing base terraforming soon).

    That sounds great!

Thanks for the work around comments. Unfortunately, this is the type of terraforming that happens when you build even slightly into the ground or rock. It is being removed in the future, but until then when you build into rock it will reform upon loading that game.

Basically, the terraforming (with the device or with buildings) is not saved at this time so you get these weird land slide looking things in your base.

My advice is to make sure you stay clear of rocks/land when placing buildings and hallways.

Will the terraforming from bases be saved in the future?

I think they said terraforming is specifically being removed, so we won't have this problem. I ran into an issue where I had a multipurpose room that I put a potted plant in...when I reloaded the pot was covered by rock so I couldn't deconstruct it or my base. The developers seem to be working on it.

    You can always do
    item 514

in the console (LB + RB + A)
