Mac freezing

I am experiencing frequent crashing on mac even after clearing the cache files on the related saves. Its not consistent when it does this sometimes i will play for hours no issues and then i do something like board the cyclops and it hangs but the sounds continue to play normally

    Use one of these to search for the relevant crash files (a search for output_log.txt should find the related files; if it's also in a folder with a date in it, upload that entire folder as well).

    Their is no output_log.txt in any of these folders. I don't even have a subnatica Data folder. The install structure must be different on mac.

    Devs let me know via this thread what info you want.

    That's interesting. Ok, in Steam, right-click subnautica, hit properties, go to the local files tab, and click 'browse local files', where does that take you?

    On Windows, if you do the above, you'll end up in Steam\steamapps\common\Subnautica\ and you then open the folder Subnauitca_Data and output_log.txt is in there, and the crash folders are located in the main Subnautica folder with dates and times as the name, like \2016-11-11_134230\

    Takes me to the same folder as i was in folder. That is the application library
