[Crash] Unable to launch the game after every computer restart [Precursor Update]

Dear Dev!

I bought this game 2 days ago, and was able to play it a couple hours with the lowest grapich options, but still enjoyed the experience, so i decided to have a small computer update and bought a video card on the next day.

After i installed my video card i was unable to launch the game, so i figured i messed up something with the drivers.
I reinstalled the nvidia driver, and the game, deleted the options folder in my save folder, and the game launched again.
I played another couple hours (10 all together) and after messing around with the F3 key options the frame rate and the image quality met my expectations completely.

Today i met the same problem again, when i try to launch the game it kills my steam, and nothing happens.
Did everything like yesterday plus deleted my whole save folder, but the game still wont launch.

Here is my dxdiag: http://pastebin.com/8QX6EFqi
and the output log: http://pastebin.com/1GD3un5R

You are my only hope right now, because i was not been able to find anybody with the same problem on google.

Thank you for your time and have a great day.

Ah, good. It is possible to have an Intel GPU even if you only have an Intel CPU, as a lot of the newer CPUs have the graphics built in (your full blown card will usually cause the inferior integrated one to be disabled by the motherboard, however).
