Game pushed back?

Last time I checked about 2-3 months ago I thought the 1.0 release was slated to be around January this year. I just checked the road map and now its saying mid-May? of 2017?
If true; a bit more of a push back then I was expecting.

Yeah, it's true. Was pushed to February then later to May. Really nice progress being made, though. You on experimental branch?
