Better HUD for messages

The messages that appear on screen can be easily missed when you're busy doing other things in the game. Example, the messages about signals and planetary information. Implementing some sort of highlighted HUD popup box, more at the top of the visor or directly in the FoV, with the messages would be helpful to get your attention.

They're currently stored in your PDA with a new item notification (red number) next to their tab.
