    Eh, I can't even browse that folder using an elevated explorer window. Tried resetting the permissions, got access is denied. :worried:

    I think since it's a \tmp directory I'll try deleting it... if I can get the permissions, that is...

    Hmm. Ran a chkdsk (had to schedule / restart to run it), and now the offending folders are no longer there, so I'm guessing filesystem corruption from when the power went out.

    Just loaded the save successfully, so I'll mark this solved.
