Stuck in a tiny window? Sounds like the same problem I and many others have.

Not even uninstalling the game works.
It renders the game completely unplayable with no solution in sight.
So far we don't even know if the devs are working to fix it.

What a bastard ey... I don't have that problem, but I thought this info could be of use to someone eventually, maybe you guys??

I run on a nvidia 765M in my laptop with a Intel HD4600 and obviously running nvidia Optimus. Anyway, was playing around with the intel HD4600 3D settings, and I tried to turn on "Conservative Morphological Anti-aliasing". It screwed EVERYTHING. Subnautica wouldn't load and other games also. I was really pissed that nothing would work until I realised what I'd done with the "CMA" above so I undid that and it worked flawlessly again!!

Maybe it has something to do with that or other intel settings etc? If you have anything like me, maybe just set everything to "default" or turn off all the extra features?

    Anyway....good luck!
