did subnautica burn my hardware?

ok, following problem:

bought subnautica yesterday, was fun. got the message: "memory running low. save and restart the game" did that. worked fine. eventually the game startet crashing. first it started and i could load my savefile, eventually it wouldn't start anymore. the problem i have now is, that flash(youtube), silverlight(netflix), winamp, mediaplayer and my general sound stopped working.
with every programm it's the same: hitting play does nothing. the video/file loads, but it doesn't play.
what really worries me now is, that i formated my PC and reinstalled win8.1 and i still have the same problem, which leads me to the conclusion, that it's a hardware problem.
I'm completely clueless on what to do and as i said, worried about my hardware.

OS: win8.1 64bit
subnautica log: http://pastebin.com/6ZYVsEUE
CPU-Z log: http://pastebin.com/MHu4q7rZ
eventlog: http://pastebin.com/HgcytbKY

please help me :(

I can't imagine a game would break a computer, but I am not knowledgeable in these things. I am sure somebody with more understanding than I will be able to give a better answer.

good news everyone: everything went back to normal
with a divine touch of randomness by the machinegod my system works as usual again.
nonetheless it leaves me completely puzzled what happened. I'm still looking in subnauticas direction although there is no real proof the game has something to do with it.

keep on developing it, it's fun as hell. i sort out my universitystuff before it kills my machine again ;)

thanks to everyone who took time to read this thread

I am pleased that you have got it working again. I'd be lost without my laptop.

Looking at your logs, you're having issues with your device drivers and/or WIndows installation.

Run as an Administrator 'Command Prompt' and enter:
    sfc /scannow

Windows will check all your system files for corruption and try to fix it.
