Solar Panels on the Cyclops, does work - to some extent.

Yes, solar panels do work, but, they will not recharge the cells, so if you we're for example using 100% of the power even while recharging, a cell will be completely drained. So it doesn't exactly work, what I do wonder is what happens if you charge the cyclops when all of the cells are dead, and I'd say this would most likely still keep the cyclops going, because when I pilot the cyclops it will use the power gained from the solar panels (And of course drain cells, so, maybe not). I put a solar panel on the front, on the right side, and a solar panel on the back, on the left side to balance out the swaying more, it didn't seem to weigh the cyclops down at all though if I put more of them on the cyclops I'm sure it would eventually began sinking down.

In these screenshots you can see that the power goes up steadily from 523, to 527, but after an amount of time it will just stop recharging, so this wouldn't work anyway, though after every load it will recharge some, jumping back to 500 and recharging again until it stops after some time.

Two images of both sides of the Cyclops to show you that it is not drowning, as you can see the distinct solar panels sticking out so, they are there.

So that kind of works, at least. It would make a lot of sense for a submarine to have solar panels in the first place, especially since this technology is in the 22nd century, it should have at least a way to recharge powers, and keep the power going. Would this remove any type of good element or thing that keeps the game interesting and fun? Absolutely..not. It's bothersome to keep getting the same things to feed this cyclops, making several and several resources to create power cells to keep this thing charged, It's rather annoying how fast this cyclops uses power. I want to use it to explore, not have to get crap loads of resources just to keep it running every 20 minutes. At least that's my opinion anyway.

The sub will drain it's internal power-cells, once that's done it will start to drain the internal capacitor in the solar panel which as I recall is about 20 ? 25 or something like that, my setup is one nuclear power plant on the tail and then two rows of solar cells on the left and right side of the sub 6 in total, when the sub is above 120 meters the solar's will charge and when bellow the nuclear plant will power the sub, eventually I need to power the nuke again but its low cost really and still a bucket load of power so iv not have to use a power cell on the sub since I set it up.
