276 Hotfix Update for Server Admins

Over the weekend there was a miscommunication and a patch went out Sunday that was not finished yet, and probably caused you issues. Apologies for this, human error at some point in our work is inevitable.
We have however now finished a proper full hotfix that will be going out later today. It will still be NS2 '276' so once it goes out, please update your servers.
We dont know yet exactly when, so I'll email out if I know before it does.
This hotfix includes the working version of the 'red plug 999' fix, as well as a luajit fix that will help high-capacity servers remain stable.
There are no gameplay fixes or updates.
Thanks all once again for running your NS2 servers and being patient with us.

We got reports some servers did not get the server update, seems valve content servers might be playing up today.
We've pushed the Dedicated server again to 4940. 4920 is already confirmed to be OK. Please update your 4940 again if you use that AppID.
