Game Crashed on Evolution and Dieing

This game looks like really awesome, but whenever I try to play it I keep crashing, but only on certain parts. When I evolve, I crash, and when I die as a marine, I crash.

Specs:
Core 2 Quad
8 Gigs of ram
GeForce GTX 770

OS: Windows 7

What I have done to try and fix the issue:
Lower all settings
Verified game files

Start NS2, go to Options->General and disable Show Hints and Commander help.

@Obraxis, @matso‌, people will keep suffering and asking, mb it is possible to deploy "easy fix" like turn OFF the Hints and Disable/Remove that option till the 268 build, anyway the hints aren't working now...
