Prices on Steam for NS2 Changed

I noticed that the regular price of NS2 on Steam changed from 25 dollars to 15. Strangely, the option to buy a four pack still costs 75 dollars, which isn't economical as: 4 copies * $15 = 60$
Also, the deluxe edition's price is 15 dollars (this didn't change aswell) to upgrade and 40 dollars with NS2. While NS2 ($15) and to upgrade ($15) together is $30.
