Game boots, but then nothing happens.

Alright today i dl-ed the game after getting it from the HIB and it boots fine.
but whenever i click on options, the screen thing moves over but the options menu never loads, forcing me to alt f4 the game
same thing with training, it loads the training but then it jumps me back to the main menu with no reason why it didnt work
according to the direct x diagnostic tool my specs are as follows:
Win7 operating system
intel core i5-3570 cpu (3.4ghz)
vidieo card nvidia geforce GT 240
also dont say my processor cant run it, if the main menu animations load, then whats the problem?
