So anyone changing their graphics from DX11 to DX9 will see a performance boost.
Windows 8.1 performance.. *Full HD, fullscreen, graphic low, particle high & AF on, everything else off (tested later to get real fps numbers)
Some dx9 vs dx11 from cpu load

DX9 cpu load 4.2ghz (yea my cpu lottery was really bad) : http://gyazo.com/5ae66c1311c3dd2ebd042c6f61aef77d *fps 165
    DX11 got +25fps: http://gyazo.com/9a2e2e416a2a22586b8234990533d491 *fps 190

I get better perfomance with DX11, but input lag isn't that good while the Dx11 have smoother/less blurry frames. Like I said I can clearly see slowdowns/hitches (alt tabbing usually increase these problems) when I cap maxfps 144, my refresh rate is 144hz. High textures get even more these problems and never used texture streaming before.. I should play with ramdisk once again..

I wonder when developer could answer for our questions, almost 10 builds later.. Why they removed this (well many reasons I guess) and will it ever come back like hidden console command? :/ Only reason to hate reinforced patch
