Arbitration/Complaint/Dispute Resolution Process?

There doesn't really seem to be a FAQ or other sort of documentation detailing the proper process for brining up a formal complaint or request for arbitration located on the forum or site. It seems like it would be a bit overkill to contact unknownworlds directly and I'm assuming there is some sort of self-regulation process for the forum anyway but it seems buried or not-as-yet existent.

Is there such a process outlined anywhere, and if not, I'd like to suggest one be implemented. As unpleasant as the necessity may be, it seems it would be either useful or at the very least provide some recourse of action when the eventual tensions hit an otherwise unresolvable impasse and provide a direct method of enforcing community accountability. (With obvious forbearance of ligitiment complaints, I know that an obvious method may generate additional work, but it will at least keep them from taking up resources allocated for other issues.)

Are you talking about in-game stuff, or complaints about other forum users? :/
