When I start the game its fine but as soon as I click on Play, training, options and mods everything goes off the screen except the background and what ever I clicked on for example Play it would be in the top right hand corner, Can someone help me? I have tried verifying game cache and re-installing it but nothing seems to work please I really want to play this game so can someone help me.
I am attaching this for anyone who knows if its the problem.
Thanks.

It looks like NS2 is having difficulty playing some starting sound effects on the main menu.

Try disconnecting your turtle beach sound card/headset and using onboard sound. See if that fixes the issue.

    Next thing I would try:

Disable all mods from within NS2 first, and unsubscribe from any in your Mods list.

    Then.....

Delete NS2 from Steam. Then do a manual NS2 Cleanup (this is not done when Steam deletes NS2 from your Library) like follows:

    1) Delete NS2 from Steam the normal way.
    2) Go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming and Delete the 'Natural Selection 2' folder.
    3) Go to your SteamApps/common Directory and make sure you delete 'natural selection 2'
    4) Restart your PC (to be on the safe side)
    5) Reinstall NS2 fresh from a new download.

Try those steps and report back.

Glad that fixed it, but in the future do not create repeat threads to spam for help. Update your original thread.

There is no official tech support, just a community who volunteers their time, so you may have to wait longer than _one day_ sometimes.....
