Add Med and Ammo Buttons to Marine Command Panel

For the marine commander, add the ammo and medpack drop abilities to the marine command panel. Leave the abilities exactly as they are, just make them usable when a marine is selected.

I hate when I click too fast dropping meds and accidentally select a marine, preventing me from dropping meds for a few seconds as i switch back to the support menu. If you add these buttons to the marine panel as well, even if you select one, you will still have access to drop them meds as normal.

Yeah I've gotta say it'd be better to just remove it. Setting waypoints for real people? Yeah, no, not needed. I don't have too much of an issue with fast E S click spam though.
