on ns_mineshaft could you possibly change the alien tunnel to atleast be standing up or atleast have someway to get out of the tunnel if you get to the bottom of the tunnel and the alien team is full even if space if there for you to join the alien team you'll just be stuck at the bottom with no way to get out unless you rejoin.

In Steam, go to View -> Settings. In the settings menu, go to the tab labeled "Downloads + Cloud"
In that tab, there should be an option for "Game server browser: max pings / minute"
Change that value to a lower number, like 500 or so. See if that helps.
I know my server browser would display pings in the 500 range for everything until I changed that option. Maybe it's related.

So, a random offset woosh noise in one room was not exactly the most OMG HAVE TO FIX NOW bug.
What holes in vents? Those were fixed, then the fixed version was accidentally not released, so everyone complained about them more, and then we finally released the proper map version. As far as we know those holes have been fixed, and we haven't heard anyone else complaining.
Floating Hives in terminal and cafe...we've been planning on fixing this issue in a much better way, by having multiple versions of the hive with varying tentacle lengths that the mappers can place, depending on the height of the ceiling. Better then always having to have the ceilings at the fixed height, or having to have cables or something handing down for the hive to attach to. And since Terminal and Cafe are not starting hives, this was set to a low priority.
Are you saying you want to be able to build in the plants and you can't or you are able to build in the plants and you think you shouldn't be able to? Not sure if that counts as a bug, either way.
Sorry these horrible horrible game breaking bugs seem to be really bothering you, we will get them fixed someday, I promise.

Agree that filter modded should not be removed. However i think the real underlying problem if any is lack of information. Modded servers are already yellow, but I could feasibly see filter modded work as off by default if there was a sortable "game mode" column that says e.g. "ns2", "level mod", "game mod" etc. using the mod type information that workshop already collects.
In the end its a balance between making mod content easily accessible to a wide audience, and preventing confusion.

The server browser needs a lot of UI/UX design work. I think UWE know this and they have just got it to a bare minimum standard for the launch.
Suggested short-term fix:

Remove 'game' column from server browser.

Remove 'game' text input filter.

Add a drop down list for game types.

Have all clients automatically populate the drop down list by getting a list of all unique game types currently running (select unique game_type from active_games). Default's to NS2 or the last game-type played.

Longer term, it will probably need a new tab 'Mods' eg: (Join/Quick Join/Start Server/Mods) showing a list of all game-mode mods, allowing me to browse, search, sort by popularity etc. From there, clicking on a mod returns me to the server browser, filtering by games of that type.
