I don't think the Vagineers need to approve patches, as in validate them, but they do need to upload them. Thats my understanding anyway.

I guess they changed that system that one time the guy who was supposed to do the updates fell ill and there was nobody immediately assigned to replace him, lol. (UWE too had a patch delayed for almost a full day because of this)

With it being almost 6:00pm at UWE and no playtesters online that I can see (they usually do one final playtest before releasing) I am starting to think we are not getting the patch tonight. Maybe tomorrow. :(

it'll be released as quickly as the ns1 forums were fixed after being "hacked". but seriously, a person who works on the art-side of development should NEVER in a Q&A say when the next patch is released. It made peoples' hopes up out of an ignorant statement. the rest of the team has more of a handle on it.

note: ignorance isn't stupidity. It is a lack of knowledge. Not the ability to retain it.

UWE Onos build 224 server has 2/24 players in it. Huze and inv.jonahcrab.

The patch is either coming out or it didn't pass testing today.

i'd say it's too late. i could be wrong. unless they are working till 10pm.... which i doubt they would (dont blame them). they wont tell u today. bc they said today. but accept it could be sometime this week.



edit: if the next tourny has this same build... all i gotta say is... good luck 1.0!

Even if they pushed it now, it's probably too late for Valve to push it on Steam. It would be cool if a European Steam/Valve office was able to push it.
