You could play it at a middling resolution with lower framerates at mid to late game with a lot of action IMO. You will not be able to run ambient occlusion also

the 650m fits roughly between the 2 recommended gpus in benchmarks - but at 2880-by-1800 resolution - no way. 1440x900 might be ok. On the CPU front - not sure about a 2.6G i7 since clock rate is king with this game. hey i7 owners, does turbo boost make a diff in ns2?
