Pre purchase before steam store

Hello!
I bought the game (pre p.) before steam store had the game, do I get the free upgrade aswell?
When i bought it the Special edition pack was sold out so the only option was paying for the standard edition.

Yes. You will get the free extra copy through steam, and the digital deluxe edition.

Any words on this? I've bought the game ages ago and I've yet to receive a copy. But apparently I'm getting the word that some people already got their copies.
