Digital Deluxe edition on Steam

Hi there NS2 community!

I saw Steam has made it possible to pre-purchase NS2, and if you do that you get a free Digital Deluxe upgrade.
My question is, do i also get that, i bought it after Totally Biscuit made his "let's" play"
I know i get the full version, when its finished, but i would like to know if i get the Deluxe edition ?
