If there was no way to cancel it - What about accidental presses? If you are going to do this, you should remove the recycle button in the main gui and make an extra button/hotkey - like delete or whatever. (and NOT have such a button inside the qwerasdfzxcv region)

Aliens dont get that option and new player are stuck in the horrible loop of spawn..die..queue...queue...queue...spawn...die...etc When you consider that these situations are great fun for marines who are OP'd and pretty much just shooting fish in a barrel as they spawn but for aliens you rarely get the satisfaction of ending game the real way (ie actually destroying/overrunning the marine base).
I cant understand how one side gets the easy out and the other doesn't, the fact it also plays into the economy for only 1 side is also broken. I could understand if aliens got the res back as they outlay for cysts but marines the marines get free power nodes and no added cost to build anything so can invest more res into upgrades in comparison to aliens (assuming both have same res income), which means the marines have an advantage where the game should be balanced.
Annoyingly almost half of alien victories I encounter are result of recycling on the marine side once they feel they have lost or even not gotten the start they want. This is a very frustrating aspect of the game (its an inbuilt F4 button for 1 side only) that does nothing but frustrate a new player who is trying to learn to play the game properly. If its seen to be a valid option of a bail out then add for both sides...often marines come into alien last hive and kill everything else before the hive dragging out the sitting and waiting game for half the server.

One side requires 1 person to end it....the other requires everyone on the team to do it (or you simply have 7v2 situations with 5 in RR). Either give both comms an evac/recycle all button or remove the marines ability to recycle and force both sides to end it by f4. Why should marines be the only ones to enjoy a few cheap kills at the end of a game.
