So I just finished it, the end fight was kind of meh.
End cinematic spoilers!: Did <span style='color:#000000;background:#000000'>the joker die only because Mark Hamill won't be voicing him anymore? He even vowed to end at the first batman game but decided the game was up to standards and went with another, but I can't see him doing a third right now. The ending was kind of awkward with batman being surprise jumped by the joker and dropping the vial. Batman drank some lazarus pit stuff and got healed somewhat but the joker cant extend his life 5min by licking the floor? (okay, im beginning to grasp for straws here).</span>
<span style='color:#000000;background:#000000'>Why did Harley get tied up? I never got that, and didn't mr.freeze finish the cure before the joker stole it? Why didn't he take it?!

<span style='color:#000000;background:#000000'>Yep, no bones. Also Harley was intercepted by Talia, who tied her up. So Joker never got his hands on the cure in the first place. She mentions that shortly before she is shot, but as I remember it's a throwaway line that's easily missed.
Also, repeating my post on the first page: Notice how the whole "Joker's blood is in clinics all across the city and thousands of people could be infected" plot gets dropped entirely? Well, the cure is gone, so I guess there's nothing to do really. Have fun dying, thousands of faceless people, nobody cares about you. At least not as much as about a homicidal clown, whose death is somehow a tragedy.</span>

Is anyone else thinking that Talia and Ras will be back via Lazarus Pits? It's a bit of a weird way of getting rid of her, and Ra's body is missing if you go back after the end. I suppose if two characters can be brought back from the dead, it's those two.
Speaking of another game, I'm thinking some sort of Hush/Scarecrow combo with Azrael as playable character like Catwoman.
And speaking of Catwoman, after breaking into the vault, did anyone else go right instead of left? I'm intrigued as to how Joker could take over and kill everyone in this alternate future seeing as Hugo is murdering all the inmates and you can safely assume without Batman Protocol 10 is a complete success. The only thing I can think of is that Talia tells him about the Lazarus pits, he cures himself and takes over the League of Assassins.</span>

People outside Arkham City have had the blood for days, potentially. Freeze made two vials and that was all he could make at the time; he smashed one on the floor, batman took half of the other and Joker broke the rest. At no point does Batman scan it or analyse it or send a sample of it out of the city. The whole thing is just kind of forgotten about; they don't even mention it in passing.</span>
<span style='color:#000000;background:#000000'>If you go into the map and check out a batdrop pod after blowing up wonder tower it will have Alfred saying "This is a cure for you and Mr. Fox (who?) is currently working on more for the rest of the city". Was all of that the "suggestion" the mad hatter placed in you or perhaps partially true? Like the transmission but not the actual drop. </span>
