Unbuilt structures in room have HUD elements

If a marine is in a room with an unbuilt structure, have it show on their HUD. I think this will help out a lot.

    Well regardless of that, I'd like unbuilt structures to be more apparent to the marines around them.

    horrible joke but lets see if someone gets it :P


    Would be nice to have some kind of indicator, its pretty hard sometimes to see if an building is finished or not if your rushing to get somewhere.

    I thought they made a change in the last build so that marines get auto way points to unbuild structures in there range (if they don't already have other direct orders from the commander of course)
