    Nice, I really like the new Drifter and MAC decelleration :)

    Skulk feels a bit too sticky for me, but nothing I can't adapt to.

    I jumped on as soon as it downloaded, but EVERYONE on the freaking server was complaining about how the game is unplayable and they want their money back, so I decided I'd try again when there were less crybabies on.

    The server I was in is normally one of the best servers to play on (luximonster) But the server tick rate was at 1.2!!! LOLZ

    Yeah, seemed to be the same too.

    However, ever server slows to an unplayable crawl within minutes...

    It's happened on servers that previously showed no signs of lag.

    I just had to quit as it's too choppy to even try. Anyone else?

    I thought I noticed the same when in the game with you, but I wasn't sure if it were the server itself because I didn't remember which server it was.

    So yeah new lag. Maybe the future additions being worked on have more optimization issues. <b>You guys have some serious balls for being an indie developer creating their own engine...</b>

    But hopefully it will pay off big time!

    I'm still getting some weird texture problems that started in 173. Every game it seems like one structure has problems with polygons coming off of it in all directions. So far I've had games with the crag, the harvester, and the sentry gun having this problem. Sucks the most with the sentry gun as I can't tell which way it's pointing.

    extremely unplayable. I don't know if the memory leak problem is back but the lag is just insane.

    I was on a couple known good servers and it felt like there is a memory leak. At first I thought it was occlusion issues but it eventually just affected everything. :(

    EDIT: Seems tickrate has gone back up on some server now but not quite sure. Feels like a good patch though.

    still can't spawn from custom maps. lua errors spammed like crazy about not recognizing the team and the team variable being a nil value.

    I see light balls around the map in rockdown and setviewanimation is getting spammed in my console.

    174 out woohooo joined our server and what a ghost was the only one on and there were only 4 servers up not a good sign. Then game started all seemed well untill 4 min in with 4 players tic rate fell to 1.2 unplayable. Restarted sever rejoined crashed! rejoinded got game going tick rate dropped mac stuck behind power node in ele then 1.2 againg and crashed all in 35 min of play. Good news doors work macs can go out doors 1 step forward 2 back sorry. must be them mem leak again I am wondering how this got by testers AGAIN? Heads up guys I still love you, keep plugging away.

    We also had an instance where EVERYBODY fell through the map at the same time (all 10 of us on both teams). Weird. Then the server got the memory leak and tickrate went to 3.

    Yea I'm not quite sure what happened there. It went right back up to 30 tick after I restarted it, but it didn't seem to be consuming excessive memory or CPU (well, with NS2 it's hard to say what's excessive CPU).

    This 80% idle cpu usage makes it hard to tell if there's legitimate CPU issues since I have no baseline to go by.

    yup, same here. less than 10min after game started server rate dropped down to 1-2ticks/sec. No hydras or turrets on the map and only a handful of structures.

    Are you sure that you have all the needed gameplay entities set up with the correct parameters (specificly the team_location entities)

    Still an issue with hosting multiple HLDS on 1 server - players cannot connect to the HLDS that are not using port 27015.

    Can this please be addressed as it's rather pointless having a large box that can host multiple HLDS and players being unable to connect.

    yeah bro, check out my thread in the mapping forum about this bug. check out my screenshots from alpha until beta 171. check out the getsatisfaction bug report. download my sample map and try it yourself :(

    Yes gray so you can actually see the black lines.
