How can I resize the window?

The window is stuck at an absolutely tiny 650x500 and at the moment I'm having to lower the resolution on the computer to play it which isn't really a good solution (and my computers really starting to get its knickers in a twidt over it). Is there any way to increase the size of the window? A config file hack or something?
