Started to play a Necro, but it isn't really my play style. Ranger (played til lvl 33) feels rather underwhelming... can't really put my finger on it.
Not sure waht to try next. Engineer looks interesting, but maybe a bit too "gimmicky"?<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Yeah I tried first couple levels with each class.

Mesmer - Random conditions were annoying. Managing my clones was annoying, especially as they don't draw aggro well and die once a target is gone.
Necro - Seemed alright, but I get the feeling will take a long time before can fill out slots 6-10 with monsters.
Ranger - Not sure why, but some reason felt boring after playing the thief. Also thought pet control was lacking.
Elementalist - This seems interesting with ability to swap elements. Shame I feel like paper in most fights though.
Engineer - Felt odd using guns. I prefer less engineering in my fantasy, but I'm sure the class is fine.
Warrior - Felt alright with mobility and damage. I didn't care for how they implemented adrenaline (too boring).
Guardian - Didn't much care for any abilities. Felt a bit dull.
