Website Is Running Slowly

I've noticed lately that the website frequently has either incredibly long load times, or fails to load alltogether. This includes both the Forums and the rest of their site as well. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I've tried disabling images and javascript but neither seem to work. I usually use IE8 but have also tried Firefox, which gives the same issues.
