Add &mode=flat to the and of any forum URL and that should fix the problem.

    This happens ...
I think it's because of some corrupt files in your cache (style sheets, cookies, i don't know). Just clean your browser history and cache (and maybe cookies) and reload the page or restart the browser

Someone else had this problem and logging out/logging back in fixed it permanently.

&mode=flat also fixes it permanently, if that wasn't clear. You just need to do it once.

Windows 7 is awesome. I'm lovin' it.

Whenever I quote someone, it breaks every bit of formatting in the person's post. This includes line breaks. Hell, if they have quotation marks in the post it breaks.

Control panel, <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/index.php?act=UserCP&CODE=04" target="_blank">board settings</a>, "Type of text editor to use when posting" - make sure it's on standard editor.

(I was able to reproduce that issue by switching to rich text editor.)

Interesting, I had only seen that break when switching browsers (all I remember is that it normally doesn't happen in FF, I think Opera breaks horribly, but don't remember safari/IE/chrome/etc)
