New icons

Align

The NS1 section still has the old icons, but that may be intentional. All the other sections have the motion tracking circles now, and it's a bit hard to see the difference from new posts since last visit or not.

The new icons are still a work in progress, and I should be able to get the new ones for the NS1 section done today.

The last one I was unsure if it would look good or not. I might switch it out with another icon or redo it again. Some of them required more recoloring than others since the old ones were made for the previous version of the forums. Constructive criticism welcome!

The last two need to be more distinct in difference I think. I'd say brighter if anything... As my work monitor can barely show the difference between the two colours and I have to look for a few seconds longer than I should have to see "oh, new posts" mind you, most of my views of the forums revolves around refreshing the New Posts link anyway ... :)

They're essentially the same as the old ones, but I think I might redesign them from scratch to look better. Stay tuned.
