The biggest effect of not observing DST (daylight savings time) seemed to be which TV Guide schedule one had to look at to make sure you didn’t miss your shows. This was fine, until I moved away from Indiana, and I was perpetually perplexed about what time it was back at my parents’ house, making calling them a crap shoot.

I know it's "cheating", but why not go <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=UserCP&CODE=04" target="_blank">here</a>, then adjust "Your Base Time Zone" at the top?
The server time is still wrong. It's odd how this should be an extremely simple fix and yet it's been ignored for so long. Currently it's one hour and 50 mins fast for me. When I set my time zone / DST settings correctly it showed the time as 5:58 am and it was really 4:08 am.
Even if you manipulate the time zone you can never get it completely correct - it'll be off by ten minutes. It's a pain having to go in every six months and change it.

I too have auto-adjusting DST.

Edit: Time off for me....wtf? :/
This can easily be adjusted in the ACP / TOOLS & SETTINGS / Date & Time Formats, which includes Server Time Adjustment (in minutes).
Definitely need to get server time fixed.

Edit: Now it's showing the correct time.
