Im on Xbone. I cannot progress in aquireing blueprints. I have scanned all required
fragments
for Seaglide and Mobile Vehicle Bay but doesnt show up in fabricator. My computer says I have met
the requirements and the only fragments that spawn are for seaglide and mbv. Help.
