So even after I have the Terraforming blueprint unlocked I still need to get what you call filtration fragments then it should show up in the Fabricator?
so they still have the blueprint in the game but not the tool? that's kinda dumb, I spent how long looking for it, I got the blueprint, and now I cant use it
