I've found two boxes in the two wrecks, and one a short way away from there. In the habitat builder I can't see it. I'm at a point where I'd just cheat it in through he console, but even the wiki doesn't have the correct console ID for it...
I went back to check it again, the databox in there is open (behind the door that I cut open with the laser cutter). So I found something else there instead.
