• Now i tried an FPS Limiter. I use Bandicam with 60 FPS-Limit. And now i have no Problems with the Water Surface - no Blocks. Thats the Solution for me.

• Same problem, whether minimum, recommended or highest graphics quality. Is there still no solution? Or we can make manual settings? GTX970 GeForce 364.51, i7-3960X, 32GB
