okay, i found out what it was:
Advanced System Care actually did no harm but the mouse driver...installed the new one, no problems -
will do, I thought about deleting advanced system care, im not sure if it really slows the computer but it definetly doesn't help that much as that i would keep itproblem seems to be solved, no idea what i did now but i suppose it was a combination of deinstalling the setPoint mouse driver and installing the newest one, which was used by my keyboard before and deactivating advanced system care 6...
than…good call, i gotta have one lying around somewhereEverything is closed, img577.imageshack.us/img577/9242/tasks.jpg,
Mouse still causes huge lag spikes... somehow I didn't manage to recreate the solution... But now…okay, hardcore failingz, just tested Orcs must Die and Amnesia, for example, same issue...
I closed Advanced SystemCare 6, that doesn't seem to be the problem... but now i could try Orcs must Die with a controller, worked without problems... …Okay, guys, fixed the problem myself... not sure how, could be the Advanced SystemCare 6 Ultimate SmartRam program i closed, but now it works, i will recheck what it was and give you an update
thanks for all the effort guyz(Quote)

Yah, the lag spikes are pretty bad makes it hard to aim in As soon as mouse is moved, framerate breaks down completely Comment by Spaceforkz March 2013sure thing, recording right now125 atm, without moving, while moving it goes down quite a bit
img560.imageshack.us/img560/3364/pollingrate.jpghttp://img560.imageshack.us/img560/3364/pollingrate.jpg
stays on about 125 while not moving, when i start moving, it goes down, i guess it's based on how fast…the link on that page doesn't work i searched on other pages but many had me stay in "test mode" the whole time, i don't think…so what does that mean for me, now? as i said, all the other games work with high graphics without problems... and, how do i change the polling rate if the driver doesn't have the option to?
remember this is on the lowest resolution, so i re…youtube.com/watch?v=3tq8i_vFWK0&feature=youtu.be

how to i change my polling rate? I guess the MX518 goes with 1000hz but in the driver settings, there were no such options... (logitech setPoint)…changed both settings a few times, just thought of trying out ns2 with a controller, will look into that tomorrow, the problem only exists in ns, any other game runs completely fluid in highest settings
