I had the problem:
The program can't start because D3DCOMPILER_47.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

well having 300 ping like bruno could be pretty good in some situations:
1) Australia (Bruno) to the Server in (us_east or mid Eu) to Cr4zy in the UK. (should be around 250-300 ping on Brunos side and probly 20-100 from Cr4zy)

Tested my Memory no misttakes,
defraged my Hard Drives,
got Rid of Some programs in the autostart ect (UltraVnc, Steam)
switched …I allways have the bug that im constantly keep biteing/shooting (without pressing anything) till i press mouse1 again.
Iguess it gets triggerd from pressing/holding mouse1 down on dead/spawning.
its just annoying
