For me, if I restart my computer, it works fine until another app uses audio. If that happens, then I have to restart my computer.

Yes. But for me, launching it by double-clicking works just fine for me.
I also got the same issue again. My game was running fine for 2 weeks but pressing tab to open my inventory displays nothing and clicking escape to paus…
