I think Hallucinations should be scrapped. The bot code can't possibly make them look and act like players, which will always be the fail point as far as I'm concerned. As OP states I'm also not a fan of the battle dynamic - it's abusive as hell.

With respect, I'd get it if the drifter was hemmed in by multiple whips, or an armory... but a tunnel? Everything else can walk over it.A lot of this can be solved by giving a crosshair to skulks so people can actually aim their bites. Solved with a custom crosshair, but why not make it official for newbs who don't know about mods.I wouldn't do anything that alters the marine player's perception - we already have enough of those effects such as the Rupture effect.

What if:
1) you only required 2 veils to get level 3 powers - ie., one veil = level 2 camo / aura
