I think making the 100% cloak transition when sneaking instant & greatly reducing the in combat timer is the way to go.

I dunno I guess it's to stop a single skulk taking down a CC when there are 3 marines there defending, I've done that myself once or twice.

I agree with this, the change itself only really helps low skill marines so I'm all for it, but the change also makes silence completely pointless for spikes.

Perhaps if the devs found that the lerk tracers were otherwise a change for the better, perhaps the silence upgrade could remove them?
