Even tho I disagree with a few of the changes to the game and its balance/mechanics its a lovely game with some lovely people playing it.
All this happened because of UWE so they deserve more cred and of course; Moneyssss!

Never In-Game. Only when loading maps, Summit, Mineshaft and Refinery for sure. Also for the first time I got it multiple times when trying to connect to a server (map summit) and after 3 consecutive errors I gave up.
