I would like to say that Subnautica Multiplayer is a disaster. From consent messages and resources, the game might crash. The ping is terrible. Single player is better for your friends and you. The consent use for food and water is high, and you can crash into your friend with the seamoth and pick up their items. A few good things with this is that you can make your friends distract while you get the resources. Building with the habitat builder is a breeze. With friends you can build more than you can with single player. (One time on the loading screen, the side of the screen filled up with messages of the hull strength) You should play single player instead of multiplayer if you want to survive.
