I don't think they are willing to do this. And the mappers on the NS forum probably dont want to do this, myself included (without the permission of the CS mapper) also because the CS maps simply won't work for NS gameplay/atmosphere.

    1) Puts co_dust on server.

    2) Runs it every now and then.

    3) Bans every single player in the server at the end of the game.

    I think to release a CS Map as a Co map, anyone would need the authors permission as CS is now a valve-made modification. Like everyone else said, it is not a good idea, and as Co was announced there was alot of complaining and flaming that people would ask for this type of map, I'm afriad, unless you make the map yourself you will not be playing it.

    Well for one most of the "official" counterstrike maps have simply horrid textures and architecture(overuse of crates anybody?). All the levels are horribly blocky and in general are just crap(go ask any of the cs mappers, almost all of them think so). So please, they are crappy enough in counterstrike, the last thing we need is that blockyness in NS. Now what I could understand is a space station with the same layout, but diffrent textures and more detail etc, but still keep how the level is set-up... That would be a better idea.

    Indeed. I thought about doing this, but decided it was a bad idea since firstly you don't have the mappers permission, and secondly I'd rather release something that's originally mine.

    CS Maps are crap. I am sorry to say it, I enjoy CS 1.6 on STEAM from time to time but other than say... cs_italy and de_survivor, all the other maps suck. They're all ugly and lack detail, however most of them do play well... eh, whatever, if anyone releases a dust map for NS (MrBenz0rz) I'd play it for a good laugh every now and then. (The Hive has been planted.) (DarkATi set us up the Hive!!)

    MAN!! I thought I was the only one who had the co_de_dust idea. I´m making it right now. The textures look nice in my opinion and I´ve made some xtra space. for exemple there is a door near underpass that I´ve made a radar station. and I´ve made some skulk tunnels.

    actually they all dont lack detail, torn is very nice, no one ever plays it, but i think its very nice. or im sayin it cause i worked with crinity on existence, i wonder what eva happened to that guy, he dissappeared one day.

    There are actually some really nice maps for CS out, just, of course none of them are official. I remember the bikini mapping contest back when I tried to map for CS, some of the stuff was seriously nice.
