Im loving this pack <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> Mainly because its like the only pack you can download due to all the others 404ing...
Anyway does anyone know how to renable the crosshair for the lmg, parasite and bitegun ? I have installed some custom crosshairs and they showup for the hmg and shotteh so thats not the way to do it.
The fact whether it's a good pack or not is irrelevent. Artists deserve credit, and the fact it is a good pack makes them deserve it even more. None of you complainers about whiners have even used any names of the authors.

Ok sorry for the delay I figured out the problem with the crosshairs, I left a few crosshair sprites out. If you already downloaded the pack download <a href='http://www.lawrencegamer.com/crosshair.zip' target='_blank'>THIS</a> I also updated the main zip.

Ok, noone answered my question, not even the pack creator, so I downloaded myself for a look.
The readme included with my alien v models specifically requests you contact the authors if you wish to redistribute the pack. Secondly, it lists contact info for ALL OF THEM. Including me.
Long story short, you didn't contact me, you didn't credit me, so I'd like my files removed from that pack. I would be more inclined to let it slide bar the fact you replied right after me and totally ignored my question, AND the fact that contact and credit details were enclosed with my zip file. There was no excuse for not listing them.
"-Rammstein: Everything else in pack not mentioned above."
You didn't credit my v models.... and I made those..
Edit - edited for more civility. It wasn't a flame in the first place but I just wanted to make sure it was polite.

I don't have time to read majority of the replies to the post that is why asked people who I left out to email me. This is a huge pack and difficult to get the names of every single person involved that is why I am asking people to email me.

Because I asked in the thread if my stuff was there so I wouldn't have to download to see? And then ended up having to download it just to be proved right? Your reply is right after my question, man.
Second, I mean the only place you can even GET the files is pretty much this forum or at least directly linked from the thread.
Third, my readme's in the zip file, its all over the thread about the models, I mean to be honest there's no way you could avoid it.
And fourth, the pack had "anything not credited was done by me" as a closing statement. Now, should that pack end up on its own somewhere, my work is going to end up being credited to somebody else or worse yet end up on some pay site when in my readme I specifically state NOT FOR THAT TO HAPPEN.
Its a good pack, granted, and tbh I use most of it already, but I stick to my principles and found it strange that my stuff was in there and not credited. May I suggest you read the readme with my pack and adequately credit all the contributors, as some had to be specially chased down to supply reskins for the pack (namely, iirc, spazmong's gorge v model reskin). My readme is quite specific, for your convenience.
On another note, anyone know if my lerk needs to be updated to use BITE properly in the open beta? Because I'd need to update that for consistency.
Can anyone mirror this pack please? I'm not waiting forty goddam minutes in line to just begin downloading it. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->
cshanks, its not just a simple matter of swapping animations about. Most of those animations had to be created from scratch and tested so that they worked in NS. Just so you know, the animation NAMES mean very little to the engine, so you've to go in and manually check each and every attack animation and transition animation. Additionally, you've to reorigin a lot of the parts so that they fit with the fantastic alien player models by Psycho-Geek, Daphisto, et al. and certain animations had to be effectively created from scratch. So shaddapa your face, I didn't see you making the pack or a better one inside of 15 mins.
Here's the readme I included with my pack, because credit where its due I just compiled several very good models by Daphisto and created some custom animation here and there - and I'm not going to be accused of claiming sole credit for the work, I wanted proper credits given in rammstein's readme

You'd probably have to alter half of this since it *looks* like you reskinned them again. Certainly reskinned Daphisto's acid cannon model, its normally a sort of yellow.
I don't get it folks, I mean come on, I just believe in credit where its due, and now its called "whining".

That'd be the Aliens ones for Onos, Lerk, Gorge, and 2.0 Fade since I'd to add animations so it all worked proper-like.
its included in the zip
Or i think halflife/valve ?
