Look specially as he uses the pistol and the part where the skulk comes out of the vent in the middle of a firefight.

edit: yeah it's really obvious he's cheating... I don't know how they think they can get away with it, maybe they just don't care if they are banned from one server or they have stolen CD-keys up the wazzo...
edit:<!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->it didnt seem that dodgy to me tbh... are you accusing him of aimbot? if so there making it a lot harder to notice. it use to swing the aim right around and lock dead on, unless you can change the sensativity?<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
There are more than one type of aimbot, there are even aimbots with smooth aim, it transitions to a target during several frames and it does not try to track something when it is out of range. An afker using such an aimbot was banned from the european vogruu server. He was standing in marine spawn for like 15 minutes aiming perfectly at aliens passing by and not shooting(if that's not dead give away I don't know what is).
There are aimbots that are not allways on(I guess they are toggled or turned on while holding a key or something). Anyone who cares the least about being detected would obviously not go around pwning everything when it even showed as much as a claw around a corner that is too obvious.
Keep in mind that a demo does not record what the person you are spectating is seeing, there are ping times involved, what you see him doing is "out of sync" with what he see's, but if blood sprites are drawn that means a hit and somebody killing a skulk without a single miss when it is running allover the place is a pretty obvious sign, spec some more, if that behaviour was not just insane luck it will continue and if it does then obviously he's cheating.
Some good signs of an aimbot are:
- when it snaps out of tracking a target, the screen just pops to a very different angle(which could also happen if lagging, but if it happens when just having killed an alien or loosing an alien out of sight then it's fairly obvious what's the cause.) (this is seen several times in this video)
- When more than one target is on screen it jumps randomly from one to another.(this is seen when trying to shoot at 2 skulks with a pistol in this video)
- Snapping to a target with ungodly accuracy in what seems like on frame, this is super obvious and only really stupid aimbots would do this.(this is seen more than once in this video)
-tracking things that are too close and moving to fast for anybody to possibly track and doing it with perfect accuracy or going in and out of tracking and normal view(really jerky view, no one would ever have a reason to flip back and forth 120 degrees in the duration of a frame every few frames, this is pretty obvious).
These are obvious cheats, I don't dare to think how many people have less obvious aimbots that they use carefully(Ie turn on when they don't think anyone is spectating and they actually need to use it), and even worse wallhacks and ESP. Sadly I don't think it would be hard to code an aimbot that checked if anyone might be spectating(either by being dead and on your team or through spectator mode) since the client has access to that information and unconditionally turned of the cheats when someone might be watching you.
I've seen 5 obvious cheaters first hand and I have been playing since 1.02, they where all really obvious like this guy here(as well as a selfconfessed speedhacker/wallhacker/aimbotter who had an affinity for mic spamming(I would like to think cheaters are all <12-year olds who don't know better but sadly this guy sounded more like a drunk 30 year old. You see, 12-year olds are unlikely to have access to a computer good enough to run half-life 2 well... <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->), but he got permanently banned within a few minutes and didn't come back).
It is incredibly hard to tell from thirdperson and you don't begin to spectate them before you actually suspect them, and wallhacks and ESP are even more hard to spot(and not as usefull as in other games, what with the motion tracking/scent of fear thing) <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->.
Cheaters usually have no life and play cs
