Invisible Or Transparant?

<div class="IPBDescription">They keep shouting at me!</div> I sort of have a problem when I'm a marine.
If the aliens have level 3 cloaking, and I stand still, I can notice the movements of them. They're VERY transparant, about 5 or 10% visible, maybe less. In lighting, such as lights from the roof or the flashlight, I notice them better.
Of course, they think they're completely invisible, and shout at me when I shoot them before they even get close.
I don't see their names, like "Enemy: Locus", but I see their shape.
Is it just me, or arn't they completely invisible even with level 3?
My gamma has nothing to do with it, as I run ResetGamma after joining a game. They're just as "visible" to me in both gamma's, or is it something they didn't tell people, that when walking and cloaked, you become a tiny bit visible, figuring the bacterias or the skin will have to re-coordinate when you move.
It's really frustrating, because sometimes, I enter a room, know they have cloaking, so I sit down, take my flashlight out (resetgamma makes the game really dark, it's not solely to detect players), slowly scan the room, then I notice some movement to the right on my screen, I shoot, I kill.
They go "WTH" and I usually get shouted at until the end of the game, because he wont be the only one I kill cloaked.
Help.

EDIT : As for handling them....well, you can say you saw them because cloaking isn't totally invisible no?
Anyways, thanks for the answers. I was almost worried for a second.
Wrong - I can still see the structures line - though it's very hard
Against bright lights, skulks are visible if you look hard. Best tip is to stick to dark areas of the map, and only move when the marines are not looking.
As for structures, if you know where to look, and look hard, you can see them.
Its hard, but you can see cloaked skulks, cloaked fades and onos are very easy to see (with my graphics card). Just ignore the Cheat0r-Shouters, only mute them <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
Sensory chambers cloak 100%

Or just walk above them. Most marines rarely pay that much attention above them as they do straight ahead.
(I dont kill aliens cause i am their friend <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->)

He is correct, because sensory chambers only cloak you as much as lvl 3 cloaking does.
Bit OT:
The khaara are supposed to be stealthy in general, right? Make suprise attacks and whatnot else.
Here's a question: how many games has anyone seen out there where the khaara actually use stealth over brute force and can control/win a game? That is, using silence and stealth upgrades.
I personally very rarely see such games. Reason to that is the marine motion tracking. Think of it, once the marines have MT, cloaking AND silence becomes almost obsolete. Of course, spamming a map with sensory chambers is a way to counter MT, and a very valid way too, but it costs lots of resources, and it's not viable early game. Sens chamber spams are almost always seen late game, in which it's usually too late anyway since one of the teams are about to win.
Now, I know that the marines can't lose their MT, but I think it's quite sad that these 2 upgrades become totally obsolete when the rines get MT. I'd be very lucky to even get to play as a cloaked/silenced skulk and do so effectively. Since sensory are never dropped as first chamber and DC's are never dropped as the last chamber. Yet again, I know that the MT can't be removed or anything but on the other hand I'd not mind seeing some improvements of some sort which would promote the khaara to use a bit more stealth, even when playing as a fade for instance and perhaps even onoses.
I think MT does not make Silence and Cloaking obsolete, Silence is very helpful, i killed many Noobs, who didnt noticed anything <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> And you can still cloak in front of the rines without moving.
As a Skulk im using cloaking\silence\regeneration, maybe cara is better, but on pubs there is noone to heal you. But Onos cant be played stealthy, i nearly see every cloaked onos <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
Level 3 Cloak only does about 95% fully cloaked, if you look carefuly and take the odd pot shot its never imposible to get them.
Sens do 100% maybe 95-100% I'm not sure anymore.
It's something between 90% and 100%.
edit: sorry I was reply to someone on the other page. Ignore this post.
Please tell me you mean decrease. You get a slap if you don't, and a cookie if you do.
in early 1.0, sensory chambers increased the level of cloaking, when lvl 3 was 100%. i think it was 1.03/4 when they changed it to decrease the time, and cloaked 90%, because I remember seeing a cloaked onos outside the MS on Nancy. Yes, we were losing. Badly.
not to mention that it absolutely makes the game NOT FUN to play as marines when they've got sensory chambers and are running around everywhere. Basically ensures free kills for aliens early in the game.

How do you counter that? Get an observatory very early. Electrify all of your res. Get to the other two hives and lock them down, using electricity, an observatory, and frequent scans. Get phase gates quickly. When aliens get sensory first, it becomes harder to expand to an area but easier to hold the area once you get it.

yeah, but they go hand in hand, you drop a sensory, that gives you level one. so you cant really compare the "32" investment for level 3 sensory, to a "10" res sensory chamber.
and also, the motion tracking for marines basically ensures free kills for marines, albeit not THAT early into the game, but it can be done.
